INFORMASI GANGGUAN PELAYANAN

Pelanggan yang terhormat,        

Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan PAM JAYA melakukan Pekerjaan Relokasi Pipa 300mm di Jl. Kayu Putih Raya, Jakarta Timur pada:

Hari Minggu, 29 Oktober 2023 pukul 21:00 WIB s.d. Senin, 30 Oktober 2023 pukul 07:00 WIB

Pekerjaan tersebut berdampak pada gangguan suplai air berkurang atau terhenti sementara di wilayah berikut:

Kelurahan Rawamangun, Kayu Putih, Pulo Gadung, Jatinegara Kaum, Jatinegara, Jati dan sekitarnya.

PAM JAYA menghimbau pelanggan untuk menampung serta menghemat air.

PAM JAYA juga menyiagakan bantuan tangki air untuk kondisi darurat seperti di rumah sakit, tempat ibadah dan yayasan sosial.

Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan pelanggan.
