The requirements that you should provide is:

  • Copy of last yr. or UN certificate from the village
  • Copy of ID CARD
  • Copy of family Card or purchase agreement between you and the developer or the lease agreement contract of letter and statement of consent from the owner of the House when you rent a House/contracted.
  • Certificate of business/SIUP (for commercial customers)
  • Affidavits from Agencies/departments related (for prospect House of worship and Social Foundation)

Then you can do:

  • Contact Call Center 

Contact the nearest Service Office (see service area) 
Prepare all files that have been mentioned in the above point
The officer will contact/visit to survey the location and retrieval of document requirements have you prepare
At the time officers visit you and process the next new connection can be made, sign a waiver and the Willingness that has been provided. Within 5 working days at the latest after registration requirements and equipped, our officers will perform the installation of the connection pipes and water meters in your home (if available pipelines around your House)

  • Go to the nearest Service Office

Bring all the files that have been mentioned in point above, fill in your details on the application provided at the Service Office, the officer will conduct a survey to your location. At the time officers visit you and process a new connection can be made, sign a waiver and Promissory provided within at least 5 working days after registration requirements and equipped, our officers will perform the installation of the connection pipes and water meters in your home (if available pipelines around your House)

Determination of Classes/groups rates are based on:

  • Designation of the building (whether for a business or a household on public/residential real estate)
  • Building Area
