akarta, March 18, 2020 - PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (PALYJA), the operator of PAM JAYA's clean water supply and services for the West Jakarta area, informed that by developing information and anticipating the spread of the corona virus (Covid-19) all face-to-face services and payment counters in the Customer Relations Office (KHP) and PALYJA Mobile Services (MOST) cars which we planned to close temporarily on Monday, March 23, 2020 we accelerate to Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until further notice.


For all customers who will communicate customer service or payment transactions, can use various facilities through the 24-hour Call Center, live chat application, payment gateway application, ATM machines, internet / SMS banking, credit cards, mini markets, online billing payment points ( PPOB).


PALYJA also urges the public to support the Government's program in increasing self-awareness by behaving clean and healthy in various places, and avoiding unnecessary crowds and trips.
